About the System Engineer Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and process-driven IT professional to fill this challenging position. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of IT systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently within a geographically dispersed team.
This role involves providing exceptional customer service, troubleshooting hardware and network issues, and supporting Microsoft 365 management. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Providing technical support through ticketing systems
* Working with remote monitoring and management systems
* Troubleshooting hardware and network problems
* Supporting Microsoft 365 management and Azure services
Key qualifications include:
* 2-6+ years experience in MSP service desk environment
* Familiarity with Autotask or ConnectWise, N-Able, ITGlue, Sharepoint, Windows Desktop support
* Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 and Azure technologies
* IT certifications / degree / diploma preferred
