Summary
The Communications Specialist plays a pivotal role in bringing ideas to life through exceptional communication strategies and deliverables. In this role, you will coordinate the development of diverse communications from initial concept to final delivery, for both internal and external Sales audiences. This includes work originating from our ANZ Training and Communications team, our broader ANZ stakeholders including Sales and Marketing, well as adapting global campaigns for local audiences. You will collaborate closely with internal partners – supporting the strategic, creative, tactical and publishing goals of our teams.nnIn this role, you will seek to align our efforts with the ANZ Sales business priorities, while leading with Apple's values and customers in-mind.nnThe role also requires a focus on project management and problem-solving. You will maintain a comprehensive view of all Sales Communications publishing deliverables, develop detailed schedules and plans for various internal communications activities, proactively identify and mitigate roadblocks and escalate challenges quickly.

Description
Sales Communication: n- Is the subject matter expert on our Sales Communications tools, platforms, offerings and templates.n- Is methodical and organised, can move seamlessly between big picture, creative conversations and the detail needed to execute to Apple's high standards. n- Is a champion of our Sales audiences – whether that be retail sellers, Apple's field team, store leaders, account teams or corporate partners.n- Develops and delivers exceptional enablement content for Apple's Sales Comms platforms and partner LMS, as needed.n- Is always seeking to learn more about our platforms, tools and systems. Is an advocate for our worldwide Sales Communications programs, teams and offerings.n- Supports the wider Sales Training and Comms team on understanding our Sales Comms platforms, offerings and opportunities. n- Is comfortable taking the lead on agreed activities, projects and deliverables, and is equally as comfortable playing a support role to others – across the team and wider business.nnInternal Communication: n- Understands the role that clear and effective engagement and communication has on the experience of everyone at Apple.n- Brings planning capability to support always-on internal communication channels and efforts.n- Has demonstrated oral and written communication skills that support the overall internal comms strategy on a day to day basis.n- Navigates ambiguity comfortably. Likes to plan, but understands that plans change, and being an agile and adaptable partner is an essential part of what we do. n- Is always listening, aligning messages and seeking out stories to share through internal communications channels.n- Proactively measures impact, and seeks feedback, in order to improve how we engage with our employees.nnIntegrated Communication: n- Is able to connect the dots between business strategy, priorities, sales activities, campaigns and internal comms programs. n- Drives innovative strategies and impactful creative work for Apple products and services.n- Works closely with Sales Training Business Partners to understand the local priorities of our Sales Routes to Market and can proactively recommend content ideas to amplify through our channels.n- Knows when to try new things and innovate. Also knows when to pull back and simplify, as it relates to communications activities.

Minimum Qualifications
A minimum of 3 years in an in-house comms, marketing or content role, preferably within the technology or retail sectors.nRelevant Bachelors degree, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications
Communicates effectively, demonstrates self awareness and leads with curiosity.nIs a confident presenter. Is willing to stretch into facilitation, delivering presentations and partner-facing communication support if required.nHas a strong customer-focus, the ability to influence stakeholders and willingness to seek feedback.nBrings an eagerness to drive thoughtful strategy, build innovative communication plans, and develop great creative and integrated deliverables across internal and external Sales comms.nIs highly organised, self-motivated and able to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
