The successful candidate will have previous experience in customer service or sales, confidence when supporting older clients, and excellent communication skills. They will also be flexible, highly organised, and reliable, with strong attention to detail and computer literacy.
Key Responsibilities
* Travel between clinics in the Hobart region, providing exceptional front-of-house and clinic operations support
* Provide empathetic and professional assistance to clients, greeting them warmly and managing their appointments and enquiries
* Support Audiologists and Hearing Technicians with clinic administration and coordination, ensuring seamless delivery of services
* Educate clients on hearing aid solutions, funding options, and available services, applying client-specific strategies to deliver outstanding outcomes
* Maintain accurate records, manage stock, and ensure clinic readiness, upholding high standards of quality and efficiency
