What you’ll do
* Be the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email
* Deliver exceptional service across sales, orders, and product support
* Build strong, trusting relationships with customers and internal teams
* Identify opportunities to upsell or cross‑sell where it adds value
* Resolve issues quickly to ensure a smooth, positive customer experience
* Keep accurate records and follow established processes
* Support a positive, team‑focused culture
What you’ll bring
* Ability to work Monday to Friday between 7am and 5pm
* A genuine commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
* Confidence working in a busy environment and managing competing priorities
* Strong attention to detail with solid problem‑solving skills
* Clear and professional communication, both written and verbal
* Experience in a call centre or retail environment is a bonus
* A willingness to learn and grow
* A proactive mindset with the ability to think ahead and offer solutions
