Responsibilities
* Operational Excellence
o Managing daily warehouse operations, ensuring safety compliance for employees, visitors, and contractors.
o Providing adequate staffing, equipment, and consumables to meet safety and service standards.
o Monitoring inbound and outbound operations and maintaining service level deliverables.
* Inventory & Quality Assurance
o Coordinating stocktakes and periodic cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
o Overseeing adherence to quality assurance processes and maintaining product integrity during storage, packaging, and shipping.
o Developing and maintaining accurate inventory transaction processes.
* Team Leadership
o Training, mentoring, and developing a flexible, multi-skilled workforce.
o Building positive relationships with external business partners and stakeholders.
* Process Improvement & Optimization
o Leading projects to optimize warehouse efficiency and streamline processes.
o Ensuring the effective use of IT systems in accordance with policies and procedures.
