Job Title: Video Producer
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading landscaping and grounds maintenance company based in the Northern Territory, Australia.
We are seeking a skilled Video Producer to lead the planning, production, and delivery of high-quality video content that showcases our projects and brand.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating Inspection & Test Plan (ITP) compliance videos and managing the entire production process from concept development to final delivery.
This includes:
* Creative Development: Collaborating with stakeholders to develop concepts, scripts, and storyboards for project videos and promotional content.
* Production Management: Planning and coordinating all aspects of video shoots, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
* Filming & Direction: Capturing high-quality video footage for various projects, ensuring visual excellence and adherence to project specifications and brand guidelines.
* Compliance Monitoring: Monitoring landscaping projects for ITP compliance and incorporating evidence into video content.
* Post-Production Oversight: Supervising editing, colour-grading, sound mixing, and final delivery of video content optimized for multiple platforms.
* Digital & Social Media Management: Monitoring and maintaining social media pages and the company website, designing new and creative content to engage audiences and enhance brand presence.
* Quality Assurance: Ensuring all video content aligns with our HSQE standards and brand requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Developing creative concepts and scripts for project videos and promotional content.
* Managing the production process, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
* Capturing high-quality video footage for various projects.
* Monitoring landscaping projects for ITP compliance.
* Servicing edited video content optimized for multiple platforms.
* Designing and publishing engaging social media content.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A strong background in video production, preferably with experience in live streaming and multi-camera productions.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* A willingness to work outside in the tropical climate of Darwin.
* A Northern Territory Occupational Health and Safety construction card (White Card).
* Familiarity with motion graphics and animation tools.
* A Full clean Northern Territory driving licence.
* Knowledge of Local / Council Landscaping Regulations / Codes and the NT Planning Scheme or a willingness to learn.
