About This Role
As a Senior Social Worker within the Headspace In-Reach team, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality mental health and family intervention services to young people and their families, while contributing to service development and clinical leadership across the program.
* Deliver evidence-based social work assessments, therapeutic family interventions and mental health services to young people aged 12–25 years within a multidisciplinary team environment.
* Provide specialist clinical expertise and support for complex presentations, using sound clinical judgement and a family‐centred, recovery‐oriented approach.
* Contribute to service improvement, quality initiatives, clinical education and the development of evidence‐based practices, policies and programs.
* Provide supervision, mentoring and training to junior clinicians, students and support staff while fostering collaborative partnerships with community and health service stakeholders.
About You
* Demonstrated expertise in delivering social work assessments, family interventions and mental health services for children, adolescents, young people and their families.
* Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and teamwork skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and provide clinical advice across multidisciplinary settings.
* Proven ability to manage a complex caseload, prioritise competing demands and deliver high‐quality, patient‐centred care in a dynamic environment.
* Experience providing clinical supervision, education and support to developing practitioners, together with a commitment to continuous improvement and evidence‐based practice.
