Job Summary
Team Leader or experienced landscaper to step into a leadership role in the Western Suburbs. The successful candidate will manage a team and delegate tasks, working with the Head of Landscape to manage job sites.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a team and delegate tasks to deliver a high‐quality finish.
* Order materials and ensure jobs are completed within a timely manner.
* Keep the Head of Landscape updated on progress and works completed.
Skills and Experience
* Experience in hard and soft landscapes.
* Good communication skills with a professional manner and the ability to motivate others.
* Ability to make decisions and problem‐solve.
* Capable of managing software and paperwork relevant to the role.
* Current driver's licence and construction white card.
* Truck / Bobcat licence beneficial.
