Project Office Senior Business Analyst
As a key member of the Project Office team, you will be responsible for supporting the Payments Operations Program. This role involves working closely with program management and the change management team to develop and implement project plans, reports, and other documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist program management in developing and implementing project plans and reports.
* Work closely with the change management team to ensure effective communication with stakeholders.
* Provide support for the program's reporting, risks and issues analysis, resource scheduling, project financials, and Steering Committee packs and minutes.
Requirements:
* Previous experience working in a similar role as part of a project management office team.
* Strong communication and writing skills, with proven stakeholder management experience.
* Ability to analyze and report on project data, with attention to detail.
* Demonstrable ability to manage project budgets, forecasting, and financials.
* Experience assessing and analyzing risks, issues, and dependencies.
* Experience with scheduling and forecasting project resourcing.
* Ability to work in a deadline-oriented environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
