Position purpose
Forensicare is committed to working in partnership with consumers and their carers to ensure that they receive 'Best Care' – mental health and offending treatment and care that is safe, effective, person centred and connected. The Clinical Governance Partner, also referred to as National Standards Partner, supports the National Standards Lead and the Quality Systems Team to ensure Forensicare meets and exceeds the National Quality and Safety Health Service Standards (NQSHSS). In this role, the Clinical Governance Partner oversees the policy and procedure framework, ensuring documents are developed, updated, and maintained in a timely and standards-aligned manner. The Clinical Governance Partner supports the National Standards Committees and assists with maintaining the repository of evidence for short notice assessment accreditations.

What you need (Qualifications)
* Demonstrated experience working to achieve accordance with the NQSHSS in complex healthcare settings, and an in‐depth understanding of the NQSHSS
* Demonstrated experience taking part in accreditation and survey programs
* Demonstrated ability to write in a clear and concise manner, using plain English to produce documents which are easily understood by the intended audience
* Experience with policies and procedures in a healthcare setting would be highly regarded
