We are seeking a Corporate Governance Officer to join our team in Australia.
This role requires extensive governance, policy, and compliance experience, along with excellent communication skills and ability to effectively manage stakeholder relationships using Microsoft Office tools.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, be detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks efficiently.
