Job Description
We are seeking an exceptional Centre Director to lead our vibrant childcare service. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children's lives while fostering strong relationships with families and leading a passionate team.
Our centre caters for children from 6 weeks to 5 years old across 5 rooms and 2 beautiful outdoor play areas. You will be supported by a full-time Service Administrator and Curriculum Leader, as well as an outstanding Area Manager who will guide you through your career.
The role involves working closely with families to foster active participation in their child's development, utilizing our Story Park platform. Our centre operates Monday-Friday, from 6:30am-6:30pm, providing flexibility and work-life balance.

Requirements
* Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification
* Minimum 2 years' experience managing a childcare service as a Centre Director or similar role
* Strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS to ensure quality outcomes for children
* Ability to provide guidance, leadership, and support to a diverse team
* Valid Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain
* Current First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain
