About the Role
As a Storeperson, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient flow of inventory across our operations. You will be responsible for receiving, storing, organising, and dispatching goods while maintaining accurate records and supporting overall warehouse and logistics activities.
This role suits someone who is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
* Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against purchase orders or delivery notes.
* Organise and store goods in designated warehouse locations.
* Pick, pack, and prepare customer and internal orders for dispatch.
* Use various freight and shipping services to send out orders.
* Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP system and complete regular stock checks.
* Work collaboratively with the Warehouse Manager and team to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
* Follow all safe warehouse and manual handling procedures.
Qualifications & Experience
* Current Forklift Licence (required).
* Previous experience in warehousing, stores, or inventory management.
* Ability to safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment.
* Strong organisational and stock management skills.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
Personal Qualities
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Good problem-solving skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
* Ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
