Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous in high-volume pub operations
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and retain kitchen teams
* Solid understanding of food cost control, labour management, and KPIs
* High standards across food quality, consistency, and compliance
* Hands-on, organised, and calm under pressure
