Integrale Homes is seeking a motivated, customer-focused individual who is passionate about people, communication, and delivering a seamless client experience to join our Caloundra Office.

Reporting to the General Manager, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Acting as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the construction phase of their home, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience
* Providing clear, consistent, and professional weekly updates to clients on construction progress
* Proactively managing and responding to client enquiries & variations ensuring alignment with site progress and timelines
* Liaising closely with the supervising team and office staff to maintain accurate and up-to-date communication
* Building and maintaining strong relationships between clients and the onsite construction team
* Assisting in identifying and resolving any issues in a timely and effective manner
* Sourcing and filing relevant certificates in collaboration with the certification team
* Participating in ongoing training and development in company systems and programs
* Comprehensive training will be provided on all company systems and programs as no prior software systems experience is required
* Managing a high volume of client communication, where responsiveness and attention to detail are essential
About You / The Successful Candidate Will Have:
* Valid Australian work rights
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in a client-facing role, ideally within the residential construction industry or a similar customer-focused field
* A strong understanding of residential construction, including the ability to read and interpret floor plans (this is not a must have)
* A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service to new homeowners
* Strong and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple client relationships and timelines effectively
* A process-driven approach, with the ability to priorities tasks in a fast-paced environment
* A collaborative mindset, with a proactive and solutions-focused approach to problem-solving
* A professional presentation and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of employees and clients
Renumeration negotiable based on experience.
