We are seeking a skilled Crew Instructor to join our team for a major mining project in the Bowen Basin.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for training and mentoring crew members on shovel truck operations, including self-spotting, single, and double side loading. Experience with 797F, T282, and 793 trucks is essential, as well as excavator operation. The role involves maintaining high safety standards at all times and adhering to a 7/7 roster.
Responsibilities:

* Operate various machinery types, including 797F, T282, and 793 trucks
* Experienced in self-spotting, single, and double side loading
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
* Experience within a mining operation environment
* Knowledge of CAT 789 trucks and other similar machinery
* Rigid License (RIIMPO338D)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a strong team
