Property & Portfolio Manager

We are seeking a Property Portfolio Manager to oversee a diverse property portfolio, ensuring strong financial performance, lease compliance and high-quality property management outcomes.
This role is ideal for a property professional who enjoys managing complex portfolios, working closely with clients and stakeholders, and delivering strong operational and financial performance across assets.
Job DescriptionWhat You'll Be Responsible ForPortfolio & Property Management
* Manage property management activities across a client property portfolio
* Review and approve monthly rent rolls, expenditure and revenue reporting
* Monitor arrears management, reconciliations and debtor reporting
* Deliver monthly property management and performance reports to clients
* Partner with Finance teams on annual budgets, forecasts and financial planning
Lease & Transaction Management
* Manage lease administration including renewals, new leases and terminations
* Work with solicitors on lease documentation and execution
* Support tenant onboarding, revenue recharges and lease compliance processes
* Liaise with transaction teams to ensure accurate lease abstraction and data management
Financial & Compliance Oversight
* Review invoices, utilities and sundry expenses ensuring lease compliance
* Oversee CPI and fixed rent increases across the portfolio
* Conduct compliance and insurance certificate quality reviews
* Manage year-end reconciliations and work with auditors where required
What You'll Bring
* 3+ years' experience in property or lease management
* Strong understanding of property management systems and reporting tools
* Experience managing lease documentation and lease administration
* Strong financial acumen and ability to analyze property performance
* Excellent stakeholder management and client service skills
* Ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team
Qualifications
* Tertiary qualification in Real Estate, Business or Finance
* Real Estate Agent's License (preferred)
