Responsibilities of a Hospitality Leader

The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for leading the restaurant team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. This involves:

* Ensuring smooth end-of-night procedures, including administration and closing tasks.
* Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant.
* Developing and training team members to enhance service quality.
* Providing excellent bartending and waitering services to meet guest demands.
* Ensuring the restaurant is well-stocked with essential items.

**Key Leadership Responsibilities:**

- Leading and supervising staff effectively.

**Requirements for Success:**
