About The Role
This role initially sits within our Aged Care portfolio, leading established project teams, including internal subject matter experts and Executive Leadership Team sponsorship.
We are seeking a Project Delivery Consultant with proven end‑to‑end delivery experience to lead digital implementation and embedding projects. You will manage all aspects of project planning and execution, working within established project teams, supported by internal subject matter experts and Executive Leadership Team sponsorship.
Key Responsibilities
* End‑to‑end project delivery, coordination, governance and reporting
* Business analysis and solution alignment
* Support project change management and adoption
What We're Looking For
* 3+ years' experience in digital project delivery or enterprise system implementation
* Proven ability to manage scope, schedule, and budget while engaging diverse stakeholders for end‑to‑end project delivery
* Experience with ERP, CRM, QMS, BI or enterprise system implementations
* Familiarity with integrations and clinical systems in regulated environments is advantageous
* Working knowledge of Agile delivery, Jira, and stakeholder management preferred
* Strong written and verbal communication skills; confident in executive reporting and presentations
* Exposure to change management and business readiness planning
Working Arrangements
* On‑site requirements may increase based on project phase
* Hybrid working model with flexibility across Effectus Digital
* Occasional interstate travel (minimal)
* Part‑time (0.8 FTE) considered for the right candidate
