Job Description:
We are seeking a results-driven Branch Manager to lead our Lonsdale team. As a key member of our management team, you will oversee the efficient operation of the Lonsdale site and grilles manufacturing, implementing processes to improve productivity and customer satisfaction.
Your Responsibilities:
* Manage the Lonsdale branch operations
* Oversee warehouse management & trade sales
* Implement company pricing and discount strategy
* Develop and implement KPIs including sales, margin, and stock control
* Manage branch inventory and supplier orders
* Promote effective supply chain management for grilles manufacturing
