Key Duties
* Lead teams and drive collaboration
* Embed therapeutic and reflective practices
* Identify and fix service gaps and risks
* Lead policy and practice improvements
Skills & Experience
* Diploma or higher in relevant discipline
* Child & Family service leadership experience
* Skilled in reflective practice models such as TCI and CALM
* Strong project, coaching, and facilitation skills
