Home Care Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable individual to join our team as a Home Care Assistant. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role and hold a Certificate III in Individual Support or Aged Care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting with personal care, including bathing, grooming, showering, and dressing
* Delivering tailored care that respects each client's preferences and routine
* Supporting daily living activities at home and in the community, including meal preparation and light housekeeping
* Mobility and hygiene support
* Transport to appointments and social outings
* Providing companionship and emotional support
* Encouraging independence and enhancing overall wellbeing

Requirements:
