Join our Residential Aged-Care Team at Capecare. As a Carer, you will provide quality care and assist our clients with daily living activities, with opportunities to grow personally and professionally. We seek individuals with a genuine passion for the aged care industry, committed to providing exceptional care to our clients.
We have vacancies Monday - Sunday: morning, afternoon and night shifts to suit any lifestyle.
Our hourly rates start from $33 to 36.50 based on experience, plus penalties and salary packaging.
Responsibilities
As a Carer, you will:
* Provide quality care and assist clients with daily living activities.
* Support clients to maintain comfort, safety and wellbeing in a residential aged care setting.
* Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver person-centred care.
Qualifications
* Certificate III in Aged Care is essential.
* Minimum of 1 year, full-time Aged Care experience in Australia is essential.
* Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality care.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, afternoon and evening shifts.
* Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
* Australian Working Rights.
* Current National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain).
