What the Role Involves
* Apprenticeship or
* Hold a Certificate III in Automotive Technology
* Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an automotive technician is required.
* Be hands-on: get stuck into vehicle servicing, repairs, tyre fitting.
* Assist job scheduling, part orders and smooth workflow within the workshop.
* Communicate clearly with customers — build rapport, answer questions, keep them updated.
* Maintain a safe, clean and compliant working environment.
* Previous experience or licence as an AIS examiner is a must.
* A strong focus on customer service and relationship-building within the workshop and the community.
