Job Summary

You will lead the customer service team to ensure customer interactions, order processing and logistics coordination are provided with exceptional service and operational excellence.

The focus will be on continuous improvement, team development and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

The role is full time for 12-months and is based onsite.

Responsibilities

- Oversee the handling of customer inquiries and order processing
- Set priorities for the team ensuring critical tasks are addressed promptly
- Implement strategies to enhance customer experience and retention
- Supervise the preparation and compliance of shipping documentation for local and export deliveries
- Approve and control freight invoice, ensuring accuracy and cost effectiveness
- Oversee the use of ERP and third-party systems for inventory management

Requirements

- 5 plus years experience in customer service leadership
- Customer centric with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid understanding of logistics and shipping documentation
- Ability to influence and engage with multiple stakeholders
- Confidently manage competing priorities
- Strong attention to detail
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office suite
- Actively promote a “Safety Conscious” philosophy
