We are growing and on the lookout for passionate, experienced Spa Therapists to join our team at Aurora Spa & Bathhouse, our flagship wellness destination located within the five-star InterContinental Sorrento.
Our therapists are known for their care, presence and exceptional treatment delivery. Every touch and every moment is considered and purposeful. With treatment rooms consistently booked and demand continuing to grow, we are welcoming new team members into our calm, coastal space.
We have both full time and part time opportunities available.
Responsibilities
As a Spa Therapist at Aurora, you will deliver treatments from our curated menu including relaxation and remedial massage, restorative facials, body therapies and signature rituals. Each treatment is designed to support recovery, renewal and deep rest. Every guest experience is tailored and delivered with intention, care and skill.
You will be part of a team that values calm professionalism, kindness and excellence. Our culture is collaborative, respectful and grounded in presence. This role is ideal for therapists who love what they do and are seeking an environment that supports growth and purpose.
What We Are Looking For
- Diploma qualified in Remedial Massage and/or Beauty Therapy
- At least one year of experience in a spa, wellness or clinic setting
- Confident in treatment delivery and guest consultation
- Communicates with warmth and clarity
- Brings a calm, grounded presence to work
- Available across weekends and a range of shift times
- Comfortable working with both relaxation and targeted massage techniques
- Enjoys tailoring treatments to individual needs and is confident in making product recommendations

In your first few weeks, you will move through a thoughtfully designed onboarding experience. This includes time in our bathhouse to understand the guest journey, in-house workshops to align with our treatment protocols, and mentoring with senior therapists and wellness leaders.
You will be supported with ongoing development and encouraged to bring your full self to your work.
