The Senior Management Accountant is a pivotal role within the Finance team, responsible for financial planning, forecasting, and reporting. This role contributes to the organisation's strategic objectives by delivering actionable insights and supporting financial and operational decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
* Financial Planning & Reporting: Ownership of the annual budget and quarterly forecasting cycles, preparation and delivery of monthly financial reports and analysis, management of cash flow forecasting and reporting.
* Financial Analysis & Strategic Support: Development and delivery of financial models to support strategic initiatives, conducting ad hoc financial analysis and performance evaluations, designing and monitoring KPIs aligned with business strategy.
* Rebate Management: Management of rebate tracking, reconciliation and reporting.
* Leadership & Team Development: Managing and mentoring the Assistant Accountant, supporting team capability development through coaching and oversight.
* Business Partnering: Collaborating with business unit leaders to align financial outcomes with strategic goals, presenting financial insights clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
* Minimum of 5 years of industry experience.
* Experience leading or mentoring employees.
* Retail experience.
