We are looking for a capable Accountant who wants more than just processing – someone who takes ownership, supports decision-making, and works closely with dealership leadership to improve performance.
About the Role
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for the end-to-end accounting function within a busy dealership environment. This is a hands-on role with strong exposure to operations and senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Month-end close including journals, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations
* Preparation of accurate and timely financial reports
* Working capital management including debtors, creditors, and inventory
* Supporting the Dealer Principal with performance insights and commentary
* Maintaining strong financial controls and process discipline
* Assisting with budgets, forecasts, and ongoing financial analysis
About You
* Qualified or near-qualified Accountant (CA/CPA)
* Experience in a commercial or dealership environment preferred
* Strong attention to detail with a proactive mindset
* Confident communicator who can work with non-finance stakeholders
* Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Focused on continuous improvement and accountability
