The key objective of this role is to manage the overall milk production and herd operations. Effective management will involve overseeing cattle stock, ensuring animal health, and maximizing productivity.
Milk production involves various processes including reproduction programs, staff supervision, and quality control measures. In order to achieve optimal results in these areas it is essential that our Senior Dairy Cattle Stockperson possesses excellent leadership skills along with a deep understanding of dairy farming practices. -----------------------------------
Skill Requirements:
* AQF Certificate III in Agriculture/Dairy Production
* Minimum three years' relevant experience within the agricultural sector.
