About the Role

You’ll be responsible for supporting and developing relationships with key national clients. Working closely with internal departments, you’ll coordinate projects, assist in initiatives, and ensure smooth delivery from planning through to final product. This is a technical, commercially-aware role (not purely transactional) and one that requires both empathy and discipline.

While the role is predominantly office-based, you’ll occasionally visit client sites to strengthen relationships, support project delivery, and ensure alignment on key initiatives.

To set you up for long-term success, you’ll start by learning the solution from the ground up—including time spent on the production floor to understand the full scope of what you’ll eventually represent to clients. This hands-on onboarding is critical: you’ll gain first-hand insight into the technical processes, challenges, and strengths of the solution—equipping you to become a credible, well-rounded partner to your accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and nurture existing accounts, ensuring alignment across production, quality, and commercial teams.

Coordinate timelines, product requirements, and approvals between internal teams and clients.

Assist in packaging development and technical trials with the support of senior colleagues.

Maintain strong documentation, customer profiles, and reporting accuracy.

Stay on top of forecasts, trends, and production capacity to anticipate client needs.

Liaise directly with stakeholders at all levels, from the production floor to client-side leaders.


You’ll Bring

A thoughtful, composed communication style, able to balance urgency with professionalism.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail in a fast-moving, regulated environment.

A genuine interest in technical solutions, supply chain coordination, or complex service delivery.

Experience in a role involving multiple stakeholders (e.g. customer service, client management, internal sales).

Exposure to industries where compliance, documentation, and process discipline are key, whether that’s healthcare, FMCG, packaging, or manufacturing.
