Job Summary: Our organization seeks a skilled professional to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in providing assessment, intervention, and support services to vulnerable families and individuals.
* Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs and develop comprehensive plans to address their social and emotional well-being.
* Work closely with other professionals, such as psychologists, healthcare specialists, and community workers, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
* Provide education and training to clients on topics related to family dynamics, mental health, and community resources.
Key Requirements:
* AASW accredited Bachelor Degree or entry level Master's Degree of Social Work that provides eligibility for membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers.
* Sound assessment skills and an understanding of working with at-risk populations.
* Knowledge and experience of working with family violence, child protection, mental health, and community services (advantage).
