Key Responsibilities
We're seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join our team. As a senior member, you'll play a key role in shaping the performance, uptime, and reliability of our platform.
The ideal candidate will work alongside our existing SRE and platform engineers to design resilient systems, automate deployment processes, and refine our approach to monitoring and incident response.
Our team is responsible for ensuring the platform's infrastructure scales with global usage, while driving reliability improvements in partnership with product teams. Your impact will be significant, and your expertise will be invaluable as we grow.
Responsibilities Include:
* Designing, implementing, and maintaining robust infrastructure that scales with global usage.
* Defining and tracking Service Level Objectives (SLOs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and error budgets, and driving reliability improvements in partnership with product teams.
* Improving and extending our on-call practices, observability tooling, and incident response systems.
* Owning our Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) architecture and deployment pipelines, optimizing for speed, safety, and team autonomy.
* Leading cross-functional initiatives to eliminate bottlenecks and proactively identify systemic risks.
* Championing best practices across engineering for fault tolerance, security, and performance.
Requirements
Our ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in an SRE, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering role with a deep understanding of distributed systems.
* Proven ability to scale systems in production environments, including experience with high-availability architectures.
* Expertise in monitoring, logging, and alerting systems, with a sharp eye for what matters.
* Strong experience with CI/CD systems, containerization, and cloud infrastructure (GCP and AWS preferred).
* Familiarity with defining and managing SLOs and SLAs across complex systems.
* A collaborative mindset — someone who thrives on unblocking and upskilling others.
* A strong sense of ownership and a bias toward continuous improvement.
Benefits
We offer a competitive salary and growth path, equity and ownership, generous paid time off, parental leave that grows with you, and free food.
* Equity & ownership: We're building something massive, and we want you to share in the upside.
* Competitive salary & growth path: As we grow, your role and compensation grow with it - no glass ceilings here.
* Generous paid time off: At least 20 days fully disconnect each year, with a flexible policy beyond that.
* Parental leave that grows with you: 12 to 26 weeks full pay, based on tenure.
* Free food: Enjoy daily breakfast and lunch at some of our offices, plus an always-stocked snack bar.
