In this role, you will be responsible for contacting prospective students and assisting with their enrollment process.
* Contacting potential candidates via phone calls and email correspondence.
* Providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the enrollment process.
Requirements
* A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or telemarketing is preferred.
* Prior experience working remotely and coordinating with global teams is beneficial.
* Demonstrated proficiency in written and verbal communication in English, with native-like pronunciation.
* The ability to make 70-100 outbound calls per day is essential.
