The Role
We are partnering with a large infrastructure organisation looking for a Plumbing Maintenance Supervisor to deliver maintenance services across federal government sites, ensuring building services plant and equipment is reliable, safe, compliant, and fully operational.
Responsibilities
* Lead a team of up to 12 trades.
* Manage maintenance services, repair and minor works to $1 million.
* Actively contribute to and support business transformation initiatives.
* Ensure accurate alignment of work orders with timesheets and reporting systems.
* Oversee contractor safety and compliance, including SWMS and adherence to the company's Risk Protocols.
* Proactively manage team and contractor performance, monitoring and driving key monthly KPIs.
* Maintain contractual compliance through site inspections, raising work orders or quotes as required.
* Manage client requests and feedback, delivering timely resolutions and clear communication.
Qualifications
* Be an Australian Citizen and be able to secure an NV1 Clearance.
* Have a plumbing license and a Cert III in Plumbing.
* A valid Australian Driver's license
