About the Role
Lead complex regional infrastructure projects across South Australia's Mid North, encompassing diverse civil, concrete, electrical, and security works. Drive project success, manage resources, and foster team collaboration. We seek a strategic problem-solver with strong software skills and a big-picture vision, ready to take ownership of vital, challenging, and rewarding work.
What You Will Do:
1. Oversee and adjust project elements (resources, finances, schedules) to achieve outcome goals.
2. Manage progress claims and subcontract agreements, ensuring compliance.
3. Lead project teams, maximizing resource efficiency for timely, safe delivery.
4. Control budgets, monitor productivity, and forecast costs accurately.
5. Ensure project quality and provide regular status updates.
6. Drive team adherence to company values and project objectives.
What You Will Bring:
1. Minimum 5 years' experience in construction/infrastructure project delivery preferably in the Civil Engineering space.
2. Experience in contracts administration and management including complex variations, EOTs and disputes.
3. Experience in managing construction procurement, scheduling and cost/cash flow management.
4. A recognised degree in engineering discipline or other relevant tertiary qualification.
5. Australian Citizen – have a current Defence clearance or the ability to obtain one.
