Key Responsibilities:
* Execute the preparation and cooking of a diverse range of menu items, including fried and grilled proteins, sandwiches, and accompaniments, in strict adherence to internal operating procedures and statutory food safety regulations.
* Deliver exemplary front-of-house service through direct customer engagement, accurate order processing, and prompt resolution of service- related queries or concerns.
* Uphold rigorous hygiene and sanitation standards within all operational zones, including food preparation areas, dining sections, and storage facilities, while meticulously maintaining temperature logs and compliance records.
* Demonstrate versatility and agility in performing across multiple workstations during peak trading hours, including food assembly, packing, drive- thru, and point-of-sale functions.
* Maintain a consistent standard of professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail in all daily duties.
* Provide operational oversight and front line leadership during assigned shifts, ensuring procedural compliance, team coordination, and uninterrupted service delivery.
* Facilitate ongoing staff development through active mentor ship, performance coaching, and the dissemination of best practice standards.
* Monitor and optimize shift-level performance metrics, including transaction volume, average sale value, and customer satisfaction benchmarks.
* Proactively address escalated customer concerns, technical disruptions, or staffing contingencies with sound judgment and accountability.
* Guarantee strict adherence to all occupational health and safety protocols, brand quality guidelines, and internal audit requirements.
* Conduct routine inventory checks and stock level assessments to ensure product availability and minimize waste.
* Perform basic financial functions, including end-of-day cash reconciliation, sales balancing, till variances reporting.
Requirements:
* Diploma or above, in Business or Hospitality Management, or related field.
* Minimum of 1 years of relevant work experience (Australian experience preferred).
* Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Capacity to operate effectively both autonomously and as part of a team.
