About the Opportunity:

In this position, you will be responsible for managing your own territory's sales and growth, delivering automotive batteries and associated products to customers, and providing high levels of customer service through set service runs. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, building lasting relationships that drive repeat business and referrals.

Main Responsibilities:

* Manage and grow your own territory's sales and revenue;
* Deliver automotive batteries and associated products to customers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery;
* Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently;
* BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS;
* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives;
* Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices, improve processes, and drive business growth;
* Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.


Key Requirements:

* Prior sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry;
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues;
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and challenges;
* Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines;
* Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle;
