ADEC is seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Officer to help drive our strategic marketing and communications initiatives across disability, aged care, advocacy, and community services. This is an exciting opportunity to join an organisation committed to empowerment, inclusion, and improving outcomes for people from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds.
Reporting to the Marketing and Communications Manager, the Marketing Officer will play a key role in strengthening our digital presence, supporting organisational growth, and delivering high-quality, culturally sensitive marketing content that reflects ADEC's mission and values.

* Is able to travel as required to visit client locations, conduct interviews, and translate insights into effective marketing collateral.
* Holds a valid Victorian driver's licence and meets all compliance requirements.
Your Background
We would love to hear from candidates who have:
* Experience in marketing, communications, digital media, or a similar role (ideally 3+ years).
* Skills in digital content creation, website management, social media, analytics, and design, and lead generation.
* An understanding of the NDIS, aged care, or community services sectors (desirable).
* Experience working with CALD communities and an awareness of culturally inclusive communication.
* Experience supporting or working with people with disability (desirable).
* Knowledge of NDIS and My Aged Care guidelines (desirable).
* Proficiency in a second language (advantageous).

Should clearly outline:

* Marketing, digital, and communication skills aligned to the role's KRAs
* Technical skills (e.g., Adobe Suite, Canva, Google Ads, Meta Suite, analytics tools, CRMs, CMS platforms)
* Languages spoken (if applicable)
* Contact details for two professional referees
3. Provide Portfolio of Work (Mandatory)
Candidates should provide five to ten examples that demonstrate:
a. Digital Content
* Social media posts (graphics + captions)
* Website articles, blogs, or landing pages
* Email newsletters or eDM campaigns
b. Design Skills
* Flyers, brochures, posters
* Social tiles
* Presentation decks (These may be PDFs or links.)
c. Campaign Work
* Screenshots or summaries of ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
* Campaign narratives, including goals and results
d. Video or photography examples (if available)
* Short clips, reels, or photography used in previous roles. A link to an online portfolio (e.g., Google Drive, website) is preferred.
