About the Role
* Assist the General Counsel & Company Secretary in delivering strategic commercial and legal guidance across all aspects of the company's operations.
* Provide expert advice on tenure-related matters, native title and heritage, work health and safety, permitting, employment, and general compliance.
* Draft and prepare contractual documentation for executive approval.
Requirements
* Australian Practising Certificate.
* 4-7 years post-admission experience gained at a leading or mid-tier law firm or in an in-house legal role.
* Extensive experience in mining and resources law.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
