Accounting Support Professional

This is a full-time permanent role based at our head office in North Ryde, with an on-site position available. The main responsibilities include maintaining and reconciling customer accounts, generating reports on accounts receivable status, performing bank reconciliations, processing and managing cancellations, investigating unresolved issues, and collaborating with internal departments to address customer inquiries.

The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and time management skills, a basic understanding of the accounts receivable function, or previous experience in an accounts environment. They must also possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, be proficient in MS Office, including Word and Excel, and have the ability to multi-task and prioritize their daily workload.

We are looking for someone who can work effectively in a supportive team environment, based within our modern corporate office, a 5-minute walk from the North Ryde Metro station.
