Main Responsibilities:

* Provide expert guidance on payroll systems, processes, and compliance with legislation, EBAs, and modern awards.
* Deliver accurate reporting for statutory, audit, and management purposes.
About the Role:
* The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience leading a payroll team in a large, complex organisation.
* They will possess strong Excel and reporting skills, as well as a collaborative leadership style that empowers teams and builds capability.
* A proven ability to identify and deliver process improvements is also essential.
