Corporate / Commercial Lawyer | 8+ years' PAE
* Commencing ASAP, the engagement is expected to run up to 6 months with the potential to extend.
* Work across contract review and negotiation, ASX and Corporations Act matters, template/policy development, procurement and project contracting, financing and tender activities.
Commercial / Project Lawyer | 5+ years' PAE
* Commencing ASAP, the engagement is expected to run up to 3 months, with the potential to extend.
* Support negotiations across services, procurement, construction and NDAs, and assist with updating contract templates and corporate policies.
Tenement & Land Access Lawyer | 5+ years' PAE
* Commencing ASAP, the engagement is expected to run up to 6 months, with the potential to extend or transition to a permanent position.
* Provide end‐to‐end legal support across land access, heritage, tenement management, and regulatory compliance, including negotiations and agreement drafting.
Environment & Planning Lawyer | 4+ years' PAE
* Commencing ASAP, the engagement is expected to run up to 3 months with the potential to extend.
* Advise on environmental, planning and approvals frameworks, including compliance and regulatory obligations.
