About You – The Right Candidate Will Have:
* Proven experience as a Heating & Cooling or Refrigeration Technician with leadership/supervisory experience
* Hands-on experience with refrigeration, split systems, and ducted refrigerated systems
* Ideally hold a current Refrigeration License
* Comfortable working in domestic homes, both new and established. Commercial buildings for contracts.
* Current and valid driver's license
* Valid White Card (OH&S)
* High-quality customer service, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills
* Professional presentation and positive attitude
* Australian HVAC/Refrigeration industry experience is essential
