* Contract Length: 12-Month Contract
* Shift: Day Shift | Monday to Friday
* Opportunity for Permanent Role: Option to transition to permanent after 3 months.
* Accommodation: DIDO for locals or accommodation provided for those from outside the area.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the construction and maintenance of civil road works.
* Perform site preparation, excavation, and concrete work.
* Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
* Follow project plans and specifications to ensure high-quality work.
* Collaborate with supervisors and team members to maintain project timelines.
* Uphold safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment.
* Carry out physical tasks, including lifting and moving materials as needed.
Qualifications:
* Current Drivers Licence - MR or HR desirable
* Blue/White Construction card
* Civil Labouring tickets desirable eg. Confined Space, Working at Heights, Electrical Spotters, EWP, Gas Test, Quick Cut etc.
* Strong understanding of safety procedures and regulations.
* Ability to read and interpret project plans and drawings is advantageous.
* Excellent communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
* Physical stamina and the ability to perform demanding tasks.
