* Permanent Residential Position
Allstar Blue is actively seeking an experienced Belt Splicing Supervisor for a residential role based in Karratha WA.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise all belt splicing (Steel cord and Fabric)
* Plan, organise, coordinate, control and support the crew's workload
* Undertake Safety Audits and Corrective Action
* Engage with Customers to understand and deliver their needs
* Accurately complete the necessary paperwork associated with Safety and Splicing
* Report any incidents, hazards or near misses
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years experience as a Belt Splicing Supervisor
* Good knowledge of all forms of Belt Splicing and Installations
* Extensive Steel cord and fabric experience
* Strong commitment to Safety
* Strong leadership and supervisor skills
