You will be supported throughout your journey to develop your clinical expertise across the NDIS and community settings.

* Support: You'll have colleagues who provide guidance and support through challenges, including a buddy from last year's graduate cohort.
* Supervision: Mentorship by a discipline-specific supervisor to navigate all areas of working with us.
* Ongoing Training: Dedicated induction, training, and upskilling for six months to set you up for success.
