Work Environment and Resources

* As a senior, your expertise benefits your own caseload and provides supervision to junior team members.

* Therapy rooms are equipped with toys, games, sensory equipment, monkey bars, swings, climbing gear, and other therapeutic tools.
* Facilities include staff workstations, meeting spaces, and a lunch area.
* Our clinical support team comprises senior paediatric therapists and discipline-specific Team Leads, ensuring access to best practices and evidence-based tools.
* Management includes a General Manager, Clinical Coordinators, and practice managers to support your work environment.
* An administrative team manages invoicing and bookings, allowing you to focus on clients and professional development.
