Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in a fixed term part-time role. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and gain experience in a dynamic healthcare environment.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the nursing unit manager and team to support and enhance the core business of the designated clinical area. They will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating evidence-based nursing care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal healthcare outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Work collaboratively with the nurse unit manager and team to provide high-quality patient-centred care;
* Participate in the graduate nurse program, including completion of all requirements outlined in graduate orientation;
* Develop self-confidence, critical thinking, decision-making, clinical skills, and clinical competence as part of the multifaceted role of the registered nurse;
* Facilitate practical and theoretical learning opportunities;
