Campbell Property Group (CPG), one of Australia's leading residential construction and property development companies, now has a great opportunity for an experienced Site Manager with our Clarendon Homes team for residential construction projects in the Albion Park, Shell Harbour, Kiama, Wollongong and surrounding regions.

What you'll do:
Leading and motivating your site teams to deliver high-quality builds safely, on time, and within budget
Managing all aspects of the construction process, from site start to handover
Ensuring compliance with WHS standards, building codes, and company policies
Coordinating trades, suppliers, and contractors to maintain quality and efficiency
Monitoring costs, productivity, and progress to achieve business objectives
Driving a strong customer focus by ensuring clear communication and a positive building experience
About you
To be successful, you'll bring:
3+ years experience in a Residential Construction Site Management or similar role
Minimum Certificate 3 in Carpentry
Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, guide, and inspire teams
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail
Proven ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining safety and quality standards
Great communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients, trades, and colleagues
A solutions-focused approach with a drive to achieve results
