Residential Property Manager Job

Your Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with our Principal to co-manage a residential portfolio, moving toward your own; seasoned PMs can jump straight into their own designated portfolio
* Act for the landlord while respecting and appreciating our tenants
* Handle enquiries, inspections, maintenance, and leasing administration
* Navigate conflict professionally to create win–win outcomes
* Keep immaculate records and stay on top of compliance and deadlines
You Bring:
* A Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice is favourable but not essential - we'll support the right person
* Experience in property management, real estate administration or other customer-facing roles
* Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented
* Current driver's license
